Held annually, the Farmer and the Chef is a cook-off and a fundraiser at the same time, for The March of Dimes. The concept is pretty simple; pair local farmers with local chefs. This is one of the culinary festivals in Delaware that is not solely for a charitable cause but it also aims to promote a sustainable relationship between local farmers and chef.
