Second full weekend of October, family friendly festival commemorates Norfolk & Western Railroad's donation of Appomattox Depot to Town of Appomattox in 1973. Two day event held in downtown Appomattox & surrounding area. Includes parade, arts, crafts, live bands, fireworks, train exhibits, food, 5K foot race and lots of activities for entire family.
