It takes place in June. Later, in August the 1st, the All You Can Eat Crab Festival takes place. It's a world of steamed, broiled, and fried crabs; eat to your heart's content! Charm City takes great pride in its rich musical history. Among Baltimore music festivals are the Folk and Bluegrass Festival, taking place in April. Furthermore the Boychoir Festival is in May; featuring the best in local musical talent. The Maryland Deathfest is a four-day event featuring over 80 rock bands. In June is when GospelFest happens; one of the largest Christian musical gatherings in the country. There are jazz festivals throughout the year.
