The Flower and Jazz Festival is an annual event held in Downtown Westminster the Saturday before Mother's Day. Main Street will be filled with Craft/Commercial Vendors, Delectable Food Vendors and Nursery/Flower Vendors. It is a great event for the entire family with special appeal to moms, grandmothers, sisters and daughters.
